Auckland Washplant
Fluidex has the largest and most advanced road tanker and ISO tanker wash and test facility in Auckland. During 2005 the Washplant received a well deserved upgrade.
Fluidex are the On hire / De hire depot for a number of container leasing companies including Stolt Nielsen & RMI.
Another service Fluidex can offer is the washing of IBC’s (Intermediate Bulk Containers) as well as sales and hire of ISO tanks.
Washplant Facilities include:
- All product drive through cleaning bays specifically designed for both single and B-Train road tankers
- All product ISO tank and IBC and Drum cleaning bays
- Temperature controlled washes from ambient to boiling point
- High pressure 500 PSi cleaning heads with motor controlled rotation to ensure complete radius coverage
- MAF certified wash programs—NZFSA Approved Wash Programs
- External cleaning
- Pressure controlled steam bays
- High pressure steam pre-heating—Low pressure steam degassing
- All waste water generated from the cleaning process is treated through our waste treatment plant
